Radisson Collection Hotel, Bodrum

I had a really lovely stay at Radisson. Everything was exceptionally clean and the staff were so helpful. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable. The overall atmosphere was warm and relaxing. The only small area for improvement would be the breakfast options, it would be great to see a bit more variety to cater for different tastes. That said, it’s a wonderful place to stay and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Bodrum!!!!

What happened to Turkish Hospitality? I was used to some good service in Istanbul and some Cappadocia Hotels but at this hotel the staff, with 2 or 3 exceptions were almost all more interested in their cellphones then in the paying guests; no pride in the job or in providing, at least, a reasonable service. Some examples: At check-in we were offered a non-alcoholic beverage of our choice.. As we took care of the process quite fast we were asked if we prefered to have them in the room to what we agreed.. The drinks never showed up, and I had to phone 3 (THREE) times to have them. At 2nd day on breakfast they said they run out of English breakfast tea for my Wife despite it existence in the room..of course I had to tell them to get it from housekeeping as no one there thought of that. All the coffees in the 4 days of our stay (so more then 20 coffees as we were 4 persons) were served without spoon.. You don't use spoons in Bodrum?? Some bread were frozen and still cold. The breakfast spread was small and monotonous for a 4 day stay, mainly cheese quality; one of the days they run out of water melon and as I asked for more there wasn't despite the next day it appeared.. It looks like they didn't want trouble. Housekeeping was very unreliable.. Some days no turndown service, as others theys showed up, took all the towels away and forget to replace so had to ask !!! No place to put the hand soap ant the trash bin was not working as the top didn't belong to the bottom part. No service in the beach that was full of trash; All the visitors to the beach could use the Hotel chairs as there was no enforcement from the inexistent staff. And don't think this is all like this in Bodrum because we had excellent service in some restaurants, namely Karul Bitez. Avoid this hotel and go somewhere else.

From the exterior security guard upon entry to the hotel always helpful and welcoming, to the helpful friendly reception staff, to the excellent attentive breakfast room staff always helpful, to the chefs offering freshly cooked eggs, freshly made pancakes and waffles, always a lovely plentiful breakfast choice, to the efficient cleaners. Elena the manager and her team always offering outstanding customer service, thank-you team Radisson Collection you have made our first stay as a family in Bodrum Turkey truly memorable. Rooms are contemporary with an elegant decor throughout, offering all you need for a very comfortable stay. Sea view rooms like the Aspat Heaven are spectacular. Facilities within your own private bay include an indoor / outdoor pool, spa and great gym. Paddle and tennis court on site, hire of surf boards, to while away the hours. Clothes, jewellery Shops and supermarket on site. Fantastic hotel restaurants . Thank you team Radisson Collection Bodrum you made our stay truly magical. We will definitely be returning next year to make more wonderful memories.

The setting near the sea, old style canal and small bridges, nice rooms, good service and friendly staff especially Alican and Dewi were brilliant. Views were brilliant. Thanks

I had a wonderful stay! The staff were exceptionally attentive and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh and tasty options each morning. Overall, a very well-run hotel that truly values its guests — I’d happily stay here again

Loved the stay. There was a festival on its last day when we arrived. It looked amazing. Beach area is lovely and clean. For October the sea temperature was cool. The cats are a delight and waiters are kind. Service amazing. There isnt mich to do outside the hotel and Bodrum town centre is 1/2 hour away. Its a quiet hotel, no night entertainment but built with a little venice look and sjops and plenty of restaurants. Great service and fabulous sea facing, modern room. Balinese massage was realllyyy good!!!
