Kensington Chapel Apartment Bath

Comfortable, clean and well equipped!

Apartment is lovely and spacious...nice design. Good to have free parking. Large kitchen with good facilities. Lots of hot water and nice bathrooms. Overall it was very nice but expected more for the price. A few fixes needed.

Some areas need a clean e.g. mould around the bath, large fan in bedroom covered in dust, a lot of marks on walls. Not enough towels...bare minimum. No hand towel in kitchen or in small bathroom. Towels looked and felt old. (Above points noted in the guest book by others but obviously not addressed). Coffee machine didn't work properly. Windows are difficult to open. Entering the car park at the back of the building there are massive holes and there was a flood. Outside of building is very neglected with weeds everywhere and no flowers...I know it's not part of the apartment but it didn't give the best impression when we arrived.

The apartment is very close from city center and very cost, confortable

Nice layout. Good parking. Quirky building.

Shower could be improved.

Location & Decor

Not being able to use both showers at the same time. Dirty utensils No batteries in the clock

Location was truly fantastic. Apartment was perfect.
