"Good location and modern facilities, needs improvement in the breakfast offerings"

Clean

Signs put up with tape stating that one fire escape staircase was closed for remodeling. Breakfast was limited time 8-10 on weekends and 9-9:30 during the week. On Saturday at 9, we came down for breakfast. There were no eggs, one bagel left, and some stale bread. There wasn’t any coffee as well. I informed the front desk of the problem. Coffee was made and some hard cooked eggs were put out. The eggs were green (sign of old) and rubbery.

Not much

Staff was hard to understand and then left at 7 pm with no services. TV didn't work, bed uncomfortable , lukewarm shower, breakfast served 9 to 10 only and very small. Took 30 minutes to check in with a reservation.

Breakfast at 9 a.m. was too late during the week. There was no hot water for tea. I asked multiple times for it and was told it was not available.

It was a very nice place to stay. Very comfortable beds, clean and the food was great. Normal complimentary options. Hot tub was a nice break. Parking was easy and ask for a water view !
