"Disappointed with what we paid to have a dated condo !"

The bed was very good ! Pool area very relaxing

As we arrived and opened the door ( very easy to get the key ) to a big dirty spot in the living room ( looking back at the guess book (someone stated the same thing in April !!! plus needing to clean . still needs cleaning ). Our 50% view from the lanai was the parking lot and maintenance building ( didn't see that when booking )!! Coffee pot leaks, 3 very smalls bars of soap ( must supply if needing more ??? . Both face towels old and very stained !! . Towel rack in spare bathroom falling off, ( or very loose ) toilet seat cover missing the plastic cover .Master bath light not working over tub .

"Very nice location but dated and not thoroughly cleaned."

Location was great.

The condo was not cleaned well - the air vent had so much dust and dirt I felt the need to vacuum it myself. The ceiling around the ceiling vent had dark dirt spots on it as well. The furniture was very dated - this condo is advertised as a 4 person, but the pull out couch was so worn and old it was nearly impossible to sleep on. Very uncomfortable. It was hard to find the sheets for the pull out couch as well. The freezer wasn't working and there was no ice. We informed the rental agency and they sent a repair person out right away, but the freezer was not fixed by the time we left so we never had ice.
