"Für den Preis war’s inordnung"

Wir waren wegen dem Schlossgrabenfest da, die nähe zum fest war sehe gut!

Check In hat absolut nicht geklappt, es war eine riesenschlange, vor der Rezeption des anderen Hotels, da alle das Problem hatten nicht einzuchecken, es hat auch sehr lange gedauert bis wir dann endlich rein konnten.

"Abgesehen davon, dass wir nicht zum Hotel fahren konnten, aufgrund von Straßensperren, war alles ok."

Sehr sauber

Der Check in hat nicht funktioniert. Draussen waren 31 Grad. Bei anderen Gästen stand, dass das Zimmer noch nicht fertig ist. Bei mir hat der Check in bis zu dem Punkt geklappt, allerdings kam die Zimmerkarte nicht aus dem Automaten. Die Kollegen des THE Hotels mussten dies abfangen und uns einchecken.
