Easy to find and get around from the location. Comfortably bed. Have to remember to ask for room service and new towels etc. they’re not automatic. Good breakfast.

Hotel was clean and service was great.

The property itself was nice. The part I had a problem with is that they didn’t clean the room or bring clean towels and sheets until the day before we left. We were there for five nights. Some things we had to ask for: replacement towels halfway through the stay, replacement sheets for one of the beds because one of my kids had too much sugar and threw up in the bed the first night, toilet paper, and batteries for the remote. It’s nothing serious, but when I’m spending a grand for almost a weeks stay, I expect a little bit more service than we got.

Room was near the rear entrance, at the weekends it was quite busy late at night and the entrance door was banging shut. It didn't spoil our stay though.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible experience I had at the Residence Inn by Marriott Loma Linda Redlands. The property itself is beautiful — modern, clean, and located in a safe, convenient area — but what truly sets it apart is the leadership and compassion of General Manager Heaven Sanchez. My family was unexpectedly displaced with only an hour’s notice due to a rental issue. With my husband out of town and nowhere to go, I was overwhelmed, especially with our two dogs. In the midst of this personal crisis, Heaven was understanding and incredibly professional. She listened to my situation without judgment and made sure my family had a safe and comfortable place to stay. Her support truly made a difference when I needed it most. The hotel itself is spotless, new, and incredibly well-managed. It offers all the comforts of home — spacious suites with kitchens, great amenities, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I’ve stayed in other hotels in the area, and none come close to this one. It is hands-down the best property in the region — and it’s a direct reflection of the exceptional leadership at the helm. To Heaven and her team: thank you. You turned what felt like rock bottom into a moment of dignity and relief.

Neat, clean, beautiful location

Great as always. Newer built hotel and very clean. They allowed me to check in about 2hrs early which was greatly appreciated. Only hiccup I didn’t get the room I’d booked and was expecting / that I’d booked before with bigger kitchen.
