Breakfast was good. A bit overpriced for eggs toast and bacon.

The ottoman in the room was visibly stained on top. Surprised that this would be allowed based on Marriott standards.

What a terrible breakfast! There was only one staff member in the morning, responsible for both taking orders and preparing the food, which was simply placing unpackaged supermarket food on plates. Moreover, it took me thirty minutes from queuing to order to getting my food! The breakfast was included in the reservation, but when I got there, there was only a 10-yuan coupon. By the way, a breakfast taken from the supermarket shelves there costs more than 15 yuan!

I didn’t like the staff, the guy looked like he was high or just really lazy like he didn’t want to be there.

The room was large and clean, the food was ok, the staff was doing their best but they were grossly understaffed, with sometimes one person running the bar/bistro/coffee shop alone. Taking orders as well as cooking, AND helping out in other parts of the hotel as well - there was no one at the front desk at time of checkin or checkout and no bell or other device to let them someone was waiting. These are signs of poor management and do not at all reflect on the staff who were always polite and gave excellent service inspite of the obvious staffing shortages.
