"Comfortable stay if you’re ok with little staffing."

The room was spacious, clean and looked new. Towels, soaps, coffee provided. Cute game room available with free pac man, etc electronic games. Pool table, etc.

No Decaf coffee for the keurig . Our prime issue was that it is basically unstaffed after 5:00 so no one to help with issues.

"Frustrating experience. Paid for a suite but got a normal room instead."

I ordered a suite room through booking.com. Also, I requested for a rollaway bed. Booking.com assured me there will be a roll away bed. Open arrival, our soul this hotel has no sweets nor do they have any rollaway beds. That was very frustrating. Staff were out of shampoo. Door handicap buttons didn’t work. Needed doors to open automatically.

It was clean.
