"Great location and spacious apartment, but maintenance issues and lack of support affected the experience."

The apartment was spacious, well-located and comfortable. We appreciated being on the ground floor and close to everything on the island.

There was visible mold on the walls and the humidity was very high due to the pool area. We also had two issues during our two-night stay: a leaking bathroom sink on the first night and no hot water on the second. The hosts did not offer any compensation and stopped responding afterward.

Assenza di asciugacapelli, presente macchinetta del caffè ma molto difficile da usare per l'assenza di un appoggio adeguato vicino la presa

"Top locatie, perfecte prijs-kwaliteit verhouding."

Top locatie! Het hotel zit midden in het centrum, aan de hoofdstraat. Vanuit daar kun je overal lopend naartoe. Het is minimalistisch maar mooi ingericht en de douche was zelfs de fijnste die we hebben gehad op onze rondreis door Mexico. En dat alles voor dit bedrag!

Het bed en de kussens waren aan de harde kant.

"Relaxing and peaceful stay"

Location was great, right in the middle of the ferry dock and beach. Quiet and safe area. The staff was able to quickly answer any questions via chat. Only 6 rooms/suites on the property so it wasn’t busy or loud with guests. Very relaxing stay.

I wish beach towels were available for guests. Also the towels available in the room were worn and old. The beds were not very comfortable either.
