Staff are very helpful and professional, especially at reception and breakfast. Subway and shops/restaurants very close. Comfortable bed and good breakfast choices..

Hotel restaurant drinks very expensive! Some 900% higher than their purchase price in local supermarket. The gym was well equipped but the temperature was too hot for a real work out!

Undercover parking, comfortable room

Poor breakfast service - had to queue outside and wait like in shopping mall restaurant

滞在中に関わった全てのスタッフはとても丁寧に親切にこちらの要望に応えてくれました。チェックアウト時間は午後2時なのでホテルでゆっくりできたのはとても良かったです。チェックアウト後夜中まで荷物を預かってもらって他の都市へ行く高速鉄道(高鉄)の深夜発の電車に乗るまで軽装で市内観光ができました。

整体环境井可以，但没有以前的认真，去住很重视客人感受，这一次住无，我原来是住15楼刚进去，马上电梯的响再加上隔币的效果差，造成无法入睡。换到九楼灯带又坏，一直闪造成无法工作，隔日要求维修无处理。让我这次入住觉得没有以前好。离开到贵台说，也没反应

The lack of a hotel bar was somewhat inconvenient

I enjoyed my stay at this property. Upon walking in there's a pleasant aroma that is inviting and awakens the senses. There's a nice sized seating area and bar in the lobby. The room was spacious and well lit with a large window that overlooked nothing spectacular, but it was a great sized window. I'd definite stay again if in Nanjing.
