The front desk young lady was amazing and super accommodating and nothing was too hard for her. She was super pleasant. And our room was lovely overlooking the Hutt River. We were happy with our twin share bedroom. Super comfortable. Bathroom facilities were nice too.

The only negative was probably just one of the clean rolled towels had hairs on it. We had our own so that was ok. But still a bit meh. And the brunch wasn't overly great, maybe our late brunch arrival but still was more close to Luke warm cold than a hot brunch. The options were good though, just a shame about the temperature. And the coffee we ordered cappuccino and flat white were bad. Def recommend brunch staff being put through a proper barista course. On a plus note my son wanted a lemonade and the front desk lady went out of her way to find one for him, as there were no options for a drinks menu as such with the brunch if you didn't want filter coffee, tea or juice. So we were super grateful for the lemonade she found.

We liked the fact that hotel was centrally located to shops and transport and most importantly to the event centre ! Friendly staff Easy and safe parking.
