Check in was superb - staffs at the front desk were consistently efficient, helpful and courteous. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Drinking water dispenser was avaliable in the hallway for convenient refills The only suggestion would be to fix and improve the shower as temperature and pressure were inconsistent, also the switch for rainfall shower and handheld shower was faulty, also please prepare in-room slippers according to the number of guests. Overall, this is a gem - as location was right in front of the entrance gate of the iconic Botany Garden and walking distance to a small shopping mall. This is our go-to accommodation choice in Bogor, bar none!
