The room was clean, the cleaning staff Kelly was amazing. She also helped me the second day to move to a room that wasn't leaking.

I am handicapped and the reception made me climb 5 floors to get to my room, I even hurt myself and there were other rooms available at lower. Floors but they did not offer those to me. I stayed for 2 days but only got breakfast 1 day and it was included. I couldn't sleep there was a Burch group and they had noise in the corridors all night, very late. I would like some kind of compensation or a full refund.
