Location

I booked two rooms through Booking.com, and at the time of booking it was clearly mentioned as “Pay at the property.” However, later I received a message from the hotel requesting advance payment, which is different from the agreed booking condition. Additionally, I was informed that no guests are allowed inside the room at any time. In many other hotels, guests are usually allowed to visit during certain hours, and this restriction was not clearly mentioned while making the booking.
