The sheets were not white 😀. Worst shade of white I have ever seen. The area for parking was also quite limited no space to bring out our luggage etc….

The room was good and good view.

I had a very bad experience with Treebo hotel. When I had made a booking, I was getting constant notifications to make the advance payment, where as that was clearly mentioned while making the booking that payment can be done upon arrival or while check out. I had to make a call with booking.com customer service, just to check if they did not cancel my booking. Now, when i reach hotel (late in the evening), they had cancel the booking. So, I had to show the email I received from booking.com customer service that i am entitled for the room. When I had to leave, I had asked them to store my luggage for the day, since I already checked out in morning. When I returned in evening to collect my luggage, they had kept a small polythene bag inside, and didnot return me. Unfortunately, I also forgot since i was in hurry. After reaching half way to the airport, I remembered. So i called treebo hotel and asked them to keep the polythene bag out since i was coming to collect it. When i reached there, they took long time to find the bag. It seemed they were not interested to give me my bag at all. The overall experience at this place was very bad, except the room.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and perfect location. Would definitely stay again!

The view from the 7th floor was amazing, the location of the hotel is very good, staff are really helpful, its close by to most places of interest

Room cleaning has to be leveled up a bit, its not bad, but there is room for improvement, especially the bathroom... Also there is no Mini Bar in the room... That is the most inconvenient factor
