Location is beautiful! Price not bad for hotel. Convenient to restaurants around and Walmart almost across the street. Price for valet parking was ridiculous, the fact you had to pay $30 a day for being allowed to park in the area and an additional $30 a day for the valet on top of that! No maids to give you fresh towels. Only 2 towels given even though you had 4ppl staying in a room and was registered for all 4ppl. They ran out of the bracelets for you to get access to the pool and other amenities, so wasnโ€™t able to use them when we checked in that day. Beds are too small if adults are staying there.

This was by far the worst experience i have ever had not only did they had us run up and down 3 times because key cards where not working the second time they had maintenance take us up to a different room where people staying and where currently in the middle of having sex when maintenance opened the door and then they have the audacity to keep the deposit fee half of the staff looked like they where on some kind of drug i definitely would not recommend

The parking is VERY expensive. The pool is often very busy with no chairs available. But the empanadas at the coffee shop are amazing!

"Worst resort we ever stayed at"

Great location - but that is its only positive. This resort is not as advertised, with unwelcoming staff blocking the entrance to anyone trying to get to their room if they donโ€™t wear a bracelet, even if you booked directly with one of the unit owners (the hotel is a kind of timeshare). There is apparently an ongoing dispute between private owners and the hotel administration at to how much should the guests be paying for accessing the premises, including gym and pool, etc. The result is a very bad customer service to all of us guests, like we are not welcome there. Also, only two elevators for 30 floors is absolutely ridiculous. Many times we had to take the stairs down instead of waiting for 20 minโ€ฆ and our apartment was on floor 27โ€ฆ I could go on and on, but no need to, I am sure the readers have already enough of it! We travel a lot and never seen a place as bad as this one!

The check-in area is extremely small. Vallet was a nightmare , did not communicate information very well and I couldnt get my answers for my questions properly answered.Also the 3rd floor vallet pick up spot is a mess SUPER TIGHT and just screaming accident waiting to happen. Some of the front desk clerks needs some work on customer service.I simply came down to check out and ask for one of those luggage carrier carts and she just rudely said "it's not me you ask for, its that guy over there" ...how am i supposed to know that. The elevators take an eternity since they're always packed with people. The room smelled like Marijuana from the day we came and until we left. Its quite sad that this hotel didnt work out since i like the location. Its a solid 3/10 ๐Ÿ‘Œ

I had went there for my birthday, and I was very excited cause I had been there before and had such a good time. The place is nice donโ€™t get me wrong but the staff in the front at the reception were so rude. When we had checked in and finally got in our room, it smelled like food they said they would send maintenance and no one ever showed up. Not only that they told us that when we were going to the beach there would be chairs and towels on the beach for the people who stay at the resort. When we got to the beach there were no towels and the chairs had all been stacked on each other. I called the front to ask where the towels were and if they could bring it they hung up on me. I was highly disappointed because I was looking forward to this trip so much and so many little things happened that made the experience not worth it. Plus after all the money we spent it was just not what we thought we were going to get.

This was my second stay at this resort. The first experience was good enough for me to return. This trip, however, was lacking greatly. So much so, I wonโ€™t return. The floor of the room was gritty, the sink faucet broken. The WiFi didnโ€™t work until I called the desk and they gave me a different connection and password than what I was told. Felt sketchy. The TV didnโ€™t work either until they got a company to come out (the day before I left) and fix it. But it still didnโ€™t work until I did my own trouble shooting and rebooted the box myself. Iโ€™m not picky but if Iโ€™m going to pay high resort fees, these are small things that make you question what youโ€™re paying for.

Our bathroom was infested with Drain Flies and Larvae. They were coming out of the sink in volume and the flies were in several places in the room. The owner appeared to have no interest in responding to our concerns and the hotel is helpless if the unit is private party owned Room 2207B. The hotel sent someone we were told but other than all of the black stuff left in the sink that we had to clean there was no proof of a visit. Expedia offered a $100 credit but that has not appeared on my account.
