The facilities are beautiful. Breakfast is nice and the restaurant personnel in the morning is friendly and efficient. Location is fantastic in a quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants and bars.

I was placed in one VERY smelly room and after I asked for I was changed to another one that was also smelly, not as bad as the first one. The guy in charge of the night shift didn't apologize or show any kind of interest, he just offered me the new room and told me he didn't have more options. I'm pretty easy going and it takes a lot for me to complain, but the way it was handled was very unprofessional. Rooms are hot as well. Service is just OK. There are some great people, but also some mediocre ones that don't represent the brand. This hotel used to be really good but it has lost its charm and uniqueness. I don't expect to stay there again.

El servicio es genial

Mi habitación tenía un resalto, entré y me caí y en la mañana me tropecé de nuevo y me hice daño entré un pie aún me duele. Me he quedado por lo menos 10 veces y nunca me había tocado una habitación tan mal pensada.

Houve alguns contratempos, entre eles, os principais: ruídos nas tubulações no quarto (fomos reacomodados) e falta de água em uma noite.

Staff gentile e disponibile! Camera pulita e letto comodo . Cibo a colazione ottimo e belli gli spazi sia esterni che il patio interno, perfetto per rilassarsi o lavorare al pc. Ben oltre le mie aspettative. Ringrazio lo staff per le ottime colazioni e le attenzioni che hanno avuto per me. Posizione ottima nel bel quartiere di Chapinero vicino alla Carrera septima ma tranquillo.

It was good for lay over and a shower.,there was a filter wster in the hotel.

There were not a kettle in the room ,also that i had to pay a tax in the hotel.which was not mentioned in booking.com ,i thought everything was include when i pay online.
