The property is in a great location, near to the beach and close to high street but not too close. Owner’s have provided pretty much everything you need.

The tap in the kitchen was faulty but worked (it was loose from fitting). Only one key for property made it a bit of a faff when locking up. would have been nice to have more relaxed seating outside rather than formal.

location fantastic, couple minutes from the beach, short walk from the town, even though it's in a terrace it feels private. easy to park, either inside the garage or in a space at the back of the house. Kitchen well equipped, knives sharp, plenty of crockery, good quality pot and pans, we didn't end up cooking all week as so many good restaurants to try.

I think there could be two sets of keys, we were 6 adults, the people at the top of the house, slept in late, I would have liked to lock the door when going out. When we were all out it was ok, we used the key store at the front of the house. The TV BBC1/C4 etc was not working for most of the week, the error mentioned a poor connection... not a problem for us as we were out most of the time. I would like rental houses in this price range, to operate more like a hotel room, in that they should have basics provided for the whole week, rather than one or two dishwasher tablets, etc as I'd rather not have to think about shopping for toilet roll/washing powder, coffee , tea and the like while on holiday, but that's just a niggle, it was a great house.
