Comfort, the view from the room is great. Roof top pool is good but kinda small but it's hot spring pool so can not complain.

"Fantastic hotel with ideal location on Haeundae Beach"

View from the room and pool facilities were amazing. The location was ideal with shops, bars and restaurants all very close.

bathroom was a bit disappointing as sink seemed to be clogged, the cabinet doors were broken and therefore wouldn’t open/close. Shower didn’t have a shower curtain and the shower head kept falling down and would not stay up.

"Worst hotel I’ve stayed in!"

Central location but presumably designed for teenagers NOT mature couples.

First room Inferior. Very noisy neighbours. No wardrobe. Difficult to find power plug for kettle. Difficult to fill kettle. Old fashioned shower in bath. Very slippery. No shower screen or shower curtain, so unavoidable to flood bathroom floor when showering. Swimming pool unavailable until 9.00 a.m. Impossible to use in the afternoon as full of young people posing for photos but not swimming. After much complaining we were moved to a better quieter room, but most of above comments still apply.
