"바퀴벌레 나온 최고층 스위트 객실"

위치 넓은공간. 5인에게 널직하고좋음. 침대가 넉넉함 좁은 오션 뷰지만 나쁘지않음

1. 실내가운이 주글주글. 입던것 걸어둔것처럼 생겨서 사진찍어 카운터직원에게 보여줌. 교체하겠다고 했으나 미 이행. 어차피 안쓸거라서 그냥 넘어감 2. 청소상태 불결. 소파 앉고싶지않을정도로 더러움. 2박하여 둘째날 청소하셨으나 바닥에 모래가 그득. 침대이불은 뒤집어서 깔아둠. 아이가 빵구난부분을 기억하고있다가 뒤집혀잇다고 말해줌 3. 이게 하이라이트 검지손가락만한 바퀴벌레 거실에 등장. 정말 쌩쇼를 하고 난리가 남. 이후로 너무 찝찝해서 바닥에둔캐리어 다 올려두고 퇴실전 짐 쌀때 다 털고 쌈. 한국 호텔 이나 리조트에서 바퀴벌레는 처음임 4. 욕실 수압 너어무 약해서 쫄쫄쫄 5. 수영장 빛 좋은 개살구. 물이 너어무 더러움. 2박에 100만원가량 지불한 스위트룸. 실망과 후회가 너무 크고 설령 반값이라해도 재방문 의사없음. 하나를 보면 열을 앎. 오래된건 어쩔수없지만 청결도는 숙박업소라면 가장 신경써야핣부분임. 카운터 직원들은 대체로 진절햇으나 실질적으로 건의사항이 반영되거나 도움 안 됨. 관리가 전반적으로 소홀한 호텔임.

It was in a convenient location. But the facility was very clutter and unclean for the entire 4-day stay. Staff were not paying attention upon entire to the facility. We order breakfast room service and it was disappointing for the vegetarian option.

"The price was a bit high for the conditions."

Location was nice as the beach is literally across the street. Shopping areas and beach walk with decent eatery and fun. Rooftop pool is about 2 lanes wides and about 25 meters long.

We had 2 rooms for our family and the first room had black mold under the medicine cabinet and around the bathroom sink and tub. We requested for a room change but only after 2 hours for them to come and see. The second room, after one night, AC went out and took us 5 hours and 2 attempts for them to take a look at our room after we told them that we will be out for a bit and for them to make the repair or adjustment. After another attempt when we returned to figure out why the AC was inop, they finally gave us another room with a functioning AC…another 2 hours after.

해운대 해변 바로 옆에 위치한 호텔의 위치가 관광에 아주 좋습니다. 방의 청소상태도 청결하고, 매일 생수 2병씩을 제공해주어 편했습니다. 주차타워에 차량을 주차하지만 관리인이 잘 응대해주셔서 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다. 단점이라면 화장실의 세면대 크기가 아담해서 세수할 때 물이 좀 튀기고, "뜨거움 주의"라고 표시된 욕조의 온천수 직수 수도물에서 찬물만 나와서 목욕 시 사용할 수는 없었던 점 정도입니다. 전체적으로 가격 대비 매우 훌륭한 호텔이라고 생각합니다.
