"Great location"

Great location between The Swan Hotel and The Nelson pub, and then the seafront. A lot smaller than depicted in the photos. However, not a problem for two nights.

Needs a brighter outside light.

Location and very comfortable

Needs to have some form of lighting into turning as very dark and dangerous on returning on foot after dark, also Only two old fashioned small wine glasses in cupboard .

"Wonderful stay at Kipper cottage, Southwold."

Brilliant location in town, minutes away from the sea front. Great shops and places to eat almost on the doorstep. Beach, pier and lighthouse can be seen at the end of the road. Have been to Southwold a number of times but this was the best stay to date.
