A beautiful, lovely decor clean cottage, with everything you need for stay. Not far from the beach. Ideal for couples. Would definitely come back.

Lovely place to stay, very clean

Lovely stay at the Hayloft at Valley Farm-comfortable & spotless. It had everything we could need including super comfy bed & great shower. Layout of outside space allows privacy with your own little patio area. Local pubs all walkable

From previous reviews the scores were low but I fail to see why. It was spotlessly clean, it was very nicely decorated and comfortable. My partner struggles with being away from home as the beds are always cheap and hard but he commented that that is the first bed in ages that I can actually sleep on, it was comfortable. The shower was good pressure and temp without having to twiddle any knobs to get it right. It was in a quite location and we loved it, Thank you

WIFI bit intermittent

Perfect spot for me and my dog for a mini break. Great location for exploring some beautiful spots in Suffolk. Extremely cosy and warm with plenty of hot water and very comfortable bed. Parking easy. Nice rural location yet everything close enough. Would definately stay again. Some of the old reviews should be ignored. New owners own this now and they have made the accommodation very homely and a fabulous place to stay.

Beautifully clean & comfortable. Good to have a little patio area. Surrounding area very rural & relaxing. Owners very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the crisps and chocolate too !
