Buena ubicación para estacionar gratis en la zona y poder ir al Centro caminando. Buena limplieza y equipamiento (Cocina, cafetera, tetera)

El ascensor es un montacarga, aunque cerrado y seguro, es muy lento y en una oportunidad tuvo que sacarnos una persona que estaba alli. La cama es un poco blanda.

The location was okay even though the area is more like a ghetto..

There was a very intensive mold smell in the room and bathroom. The place is very noise during the night because of the traffic outside. Even though the windows were closed we still heard the noise from outside. As a solution we slept on Iphone white noise..

Check in was sehr einfach, die Anweisungen für den Self Check in sind detailliert und leicht zu folgen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und groß und das Bett super bequem. Es hatte alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Olbia braucht, sogar eine Flasche Wasser gab es gratis.

Das Zimmer war sauber und alles was an Ausstattung in der Anzeige steht war vorhanden. Die Anweisungen für den Check-In waren verständlich und die Kommunikation war einwandfrei.

Obwohl das Zimmer sehr neuwertig bzw. neu ist, gibt es in der Dusche keine separate Ablage für Duschgel oder Shampoo. Diese mussten am Boden in der Dusche platziert werden. Bei eingeschränkter Mobilität nicht sehr einfach. Zusätzlich fehlte eine Aufhängung für das Toilettenpapier. Schallisolierung trifft nur auf Lärm von außerhalb des Hauses zu. Unser Zimmer lag auf einem gemeinsamen Gang mit einem anderen Zimmer. Für diesen Gang gibt es eine separate Tür, welche entweder ständig offen steht und man damit den Hausflur hört oder die selbst laute Geräusche beim Öffnen/Schließen macht und damit stört.
