"Confortable, convenient and clean but customer service could use some work."

Cleanliness, decor and proximity to bus station for easy travel within Sardegna.

The breakfast is not included despite what they mention in their property highlights and additional information section, which is rather misleading. Also, had to remind staff to leave coffee pods a few times which was just annoying and inconvenient. Finally, communication with staff was non existent the moment we started asking about breakfast and coffee pods.

nothing bad to say. the room was clean and spacious with good lighting and decor. very modern feel. Our room was on the second floor and there is an elevator but we never actually used it. the lights werent working properly when we first arrived but i just flipped the circuit off and on and it solved the problem. the tv is big and the bed was really comfortable.shower was lovely, never had any issues with hot water. 2 minutes from the shop and bus stop.

Dobra lokalizacja, blisko do sklepów, restauracji, stacji kolejowej, a także przystanków autobusowych, skąd można dojechać na lotnisko lub do innych miejsc na Sardynii np. Palau. Dobry standard, wygodne łóżka, przestronnie.

Apartment położony w całkiem dobrej lokalizacji, przyzwoicie urządzony. Dobre na przespanie się

W apartamencie okropnie śmierdziało intensywną chemią a później stęchlizną i zapachem z rur/szambem. Winda w budynku jest bardzo wolna i trzeba cały czas trzymać przycisk. Brak podstawowego wyposażenia takiego jak łyżeczki, talerzyki, żelazko. Zautomatyzowany system checkin przez co brak elastyczności przy wcześniejszym przyjeździe.

Second time booking NG Guest House and absolutely happy with everything, cleanliness, staff kind and professional room was beatiful with all comfort. Fair prices for the services and highly recommended. I would book again (third time)
