Best! What not to like, amazing location with sperrins mountain view (area of outstanding natural beauty). The owner made sure to come to see us and to check if all was ok. The family loved it, definitely one to come back to.

We loved the location, the warm welcome and the lovely welcome basket, the very generous room sizes, the decor, the kitchen and all the equipment in there, the friendly, helpful and lovely hosts, and the sheep!

we had the most amazing stay at Glenshane country house. The accommodation had everything we could possibly need and we really appreciated the personal touches. The welcome basket of treats with was soo lovely. everything was soo clean and neat and in an immaculate condition. we will definitely be back again.

"OK but could have been better"

The views are splendid, and the house was clean, plenty of space, easy (mostly) to find and to operate. You need a car, though, as there is nothing within walking distance except fields. We had someone nearby who took us shopping, to the bus stop, etc. so it was OK, but if you don't, you need to budget a car hire.

The front door handle kept falling off. The owner was supposed to come and fix it, but didn't. The electricity tripped because the toaster wasn't working properly. The owner came over and said that sometimes happened. We found the fuse box (two meters above floor level), but stopped using the toaster. The coffee machines didn't work properly either. Given the price, we would have expected better. And finally, we decided to leave a day earlier, informed the owner before arriving, but no offer of compensation was made.
