"Lady running it was most accommodating but the property itself is deeply in need of a lot of repairs"

Terri was a wonderful host! The continental breakfast was a great start to my day and had a good selection of food to choose from. The bed and breakfast has ample parking and it's a short walk to downtown Charlevoix. The street traffic can be very loud in the morning. So if you plan on sleeping in I would suggest booking one of the rooms farthest from the front of the house.
