Charlevoix House - The Northside

The charlevoix Northside was great, Terri is a attentive host and she did her best to salvage a very disappointing experience at the other charlevoix house. At that location we were mislead regarding the size and layout of the room which turned out to be on the third floor in a HOT attic without proper air conditioning or ventilation. AC was the other issue we were Mislead about. No attention to this problem was even attempted by manager. We were completely frustrated and Will Never return to charlevoix house near the downtown area. Only high praise for the Northside location for helping us in a last minute situation.

I really enjoyed my stay. Teri was very helpful and served a very good breakfast every morning. She definitely made me feel right at home during my stay

The Charlevoix House Northside was perfect for our golf trip. The host couldn't have been more welcoming and our room was spacious and comfortable. The location was close enough to walk to downtown and just far enough away for peace and quiet. We would definitely stay again!

Teri is a great hostess. She was always available if anything was needed. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety. I would suggest adding a shelf in the shower area in the Hemingway rooms so there's a place for shampoo and soap, etc. Overall a very good experience.

Host is friendly and professional, knowledgeable about locale, and very accommodating to my need for early breakfast to meet a ferry departure.
