Like my stay very much. Great location, very clean.

Good value for $. Student Dorm as Studio has microwave, frig, clean Private bathroom, comfy beds, All that’s needed. U are on different floors as students good for different class of service. Mountain & colorful Basque roof tops are view from your window so nice. Good safe location being next to Bilbao bus station, metro, tram. So U can get around Bilbao and visit other cities like St Sebastian easily. Enjoyed Wonderful experience in Bilbao San Marmes. Tell us if U have similar University dorms in Barcelona, Madrid, Sevilla, Malaga, etc. and let us book them via Booking.com

1 man was good, but Staff could be nicer & more helpful. U have to ask specific ? and Staff gives minimal answers. Need to give better directions on how to walk from Bus station to Building; tricky at night with luggage, and NO staff after 9 PM. Should give basic info like there is a grocery store not seen but near building, what are nearby restaurants, how paid washer & dryer work (no English instructions on machines), how to walk to tram, bus, metro & buy tickets. Can we pay for lunch & dinner like students? If staff does not speak much English, then pls write FAQs. Still don’t know why Uber does NOT pick up in front of Building? Grocery store staff said to wait for Uber is often missed by Uber drivers, need better Uber stop. NO Taxi rank nearby or at Bus Station!! Building is 2 miles from center Pls Add paid Laundry services; people would pay to have their laundry done; laundry is a reason to get other Apartments. Or at least post English instructions in public laundry room, like what the knobs on washer & dryer mean
