星野リゾートなので期待してたのですが客層がひどい マスクなしで4、5人で大声で話していたりお風呂の脱衣所は使ったタオルがカゴにあらっぱなしで片付けない

ベットの配置と水周りの配置が不快でした。 電灯のスイッチ位置がわかりにくい。 レストランへ階段で行く。ガッカリ。 星野やの名前と施設内容にズレがある。
