I stayed in the residence side of hotel. Traveling for business it was nice to have washer/dryer in the room. Additionally the residence has thermostat for each room where other side is controlled by hotel. Perfect for travelers that like a colder room during winter months.

員工親切有善，但大堂就有一點兒細咗啲！ 房間好大，清潔乾淨，有梳化，有煮食用具還有洗衣機，好大嘅雪櫃，適合家庭來住！ 美中不足嘅地方係:太夜沖涼，啲水係暖水，唔夠熱。。。其他一切都好好。。。

"Perfect except for the water."

Everything was good except for the shower. The water is lukewarm and not enjoyable for us who like hot water.

早上很早从酒店出发，前台工作人员很认真帮忙叫车，但是门童，不给开门不帮忙拿行李，觉得没有人监管就不做好本职工作，还不如不出现在门口，拉低酒店档次。
