I had a terrible experience staying at this property and would strongly advise others to avoid it. The bathroom door in the room would not lock or even close properly, and the bath water stopper was missing, which made basic facilities unusable. The worst part was the checkout experience. Checkout time was 11:00am, and at 10:58am staff came banging aggressively on the door demanding we leave immediately. They then switched off the water supply completely, meaning we couldn’t even flush the toilet or use any water while getting ready. When I explained that I would only need another 15 minutes, the staff member became extremely rude and aggressive, repeatedly demanding the key “right now.” I have never experienced such disrespectful and unprofessional behaviour from a hotel in my life. Absolutely unacceptable service and hospitality. Avoid at all costs.
