This property located one of the prime location. Surrounding area of this property is not clean at all. I have found bed bug. Washroom is very narrow and metal towel rack has been placed in bad position. I got hit by towel rack and cut my forehead. When I requested front desk staff for band aid, I had to wait around 15mins as they had to run to the pharmacy to buy it for me.

Extra Lunch and Dinner that we ordered were good.

Very poor Breakfast with limited items. 1st day the restaurant was very dirty. 2nd and 3rd days went early and restaurant was ok. last day there were not seating facility available and had to stand and eat. Stayed during a Business visit and they did not provide iron and hair drier. Hotel did not offer an invoice for our room payment. Do not recommend for Business clients.
