Las instalaciones

El desayuno no estuvo al nivel de otros buffets que he conocido en hoteles de 5* en México. Pero lo peor fue la atención a mi llegada. Llegué temprano y pedí un adelanto de la entrada a la habitación (aclarando desde el principio que estaba dispuesto a pagar el cargo) y la persona que me atendió fue realmente desatenta y con ninguna empatía, repitiendo simplemente que no había ninguna habitación disponible. Solo cuando pedí hablar con el gerente del hotel, consultó a una compañera que estaba en el mostrador de al lado y sin más trámite me ofrecieron inmediatamente una habitación a cambio de un pequeño pago.
