River Ness Hotel, a member of Radisson Individuals

The property was in a good location and very clean. We needed to split into two rooms and they were very accommodating about that, even calling me to make sure the beds would be right for each room and then placing them across the hall from one another.

Our room didn’t get cleaned one day and I don’t know why. We didn’t have the do not disturb on the door. Not a big deal, just odd.

Excellent location lovely staff

Great location, the room was beautiful, the safe were very friendly and helpful.

Lack of parking. Breakfast was not very warm when we went down for our table at 8.30 😟 But a great variety.

Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Alle unsere Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Die Lage ist super. Das Parkhaus ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar.

The room was very clean and the staff were welcoming and friendly. There was a technical fault in our room, meaning that the plug sockets weren't working but the staff made sure to keep us updated on the situation and even charged up our devices for us. 3rd time staying this hotel and this wee blip definitely won't be putting us off coming again.
