The rooms were very clean and the bed was super comfortable, I requested an extra blanket and they brought it up super fast. The service was also great and super nice

Beautiful hotel and great location. The rooms and bathroom are really nice. The bed is very comfortable. Nice sheets and pillows.

Cannot control the room temperature. Even though it reads 67 degrees, it didn’t cool down and we ended up sweating at night.

The hotel’s decor is modern and updated, with a minimalist, high-tech aesthetic that is visually appealing. Overall, the design is clean and well-executed. There is a pool and jacuzzi on-site, which are nice amenities; however, they lack privacy. The area is fully visible to much of the hotel, and accessing it requires walking through heavily trafficked public spaces, which detracts from the overall experience. The hotel does offer an abundance of communal areas, with plenty of comfortable seating for dining, coffee, or casual conversation. There are also private office rooms available for rent, which may appeal to guests needing dedicated workspace—though it raises the question of whether guest rooms themselves should be better equipped for quiet work, particularly in terms of soundproofing. Additional amenities include a sauna and steam room. While appreciated, they were not preheated in the morning, requiring approximately 20 minutes to warm up before use, which was inconvenient.

The primary purpose of my stay at this hotel was to rest and work. Unfortunately, both were significantly disrupted due to excessive noise from the room above mine. The level of disturbance was comparable to constant heavy stomping, making it impossible to sleep or concentrate. This indicates a clear need for improved soundproofing or ceiling reinforcement, as normal guest activity should not carry to this extent. After an entire day and night of lost sleep and productivity, I was forced to relocate to a different room. This was a major inconvenience, and despite having paid for a premium room with floor-to-ceiling windows, I was downgraded without any price adjustment. The financial burden of such disruptions should not fall on the guest—managing noise and guest behavior is part of the hotel’s operational responsibility. While staff offered to notify the guests above me, this was not a realistic solution. Noise of this magnitude—especially involving children and heavy foot traffic—cannot simply be “requested away.” Preventative measures, such as proper sound insulation, are necessary. Additionally, the restaurant offerings were extremely limited and lacked standard or familiar menu options. While a curated or chef-driven menu may appeal to some, it does not accommodate guests seeking basic, accessible food choices. Compounding this issue, food delivery was not a viable option at this location. The in-room amenities also fell short. The mini fridge in my original room was not functioning properly and appeared to be overheating, resulting in spoiled food. I incurred an unnecessary loss of $25 for groceries purchased nearby. Lastly, while the location itself is acceptable, parking presents another concern. Street parking did not feel secure, and the only alternative—garage parking—comes at an additional cost of $20 per night, further increasing the overall expense of the stay.
