USThey put me in a wheelchair room despite not requesting it. So everything was low and I'm over 6ft. I was too tired to change as it was late when I checked in.
USCleanliness, Decor, Staff was friendly and accommodating, atmosphere in the lobby is warm and inviting. Rooms are very spacious looks great and smells fresh and pleasant. The bed was super comfy. I slept like a baby. Woke up feeling refreshed and amazing.

No Valet. Restaurant service was lacking, still. It seemed to be a challenging morning for them. I must say, though, that this was our second visit to this location in about 2 years and the service wasn’t stellar then either. I think this is something that you ask really have to address. As a Former chef/entertainment services company owner, bad service can either make or break a guests experience.
