The overall atmosphere was excellent. The staff was friendly and quick to respond to requests made by guests. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained. The location was perfect for the sports event that we were attending and participating in.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

Dear Manager, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with our recent stay at TownePlace Suites Leesburg on Saturday, May 24, 2025. My family and I were unable to sleep due to the air conditioning running continuously throughout the night. Despite multiple attempts to adjust the control panel, it was unresponsive, and we could not turn off or regulate the unit. This issue significantly impacted our comfort and overall experience at your hotel. We kindly request a formal apology and a refund for the night’s stay to address this inconvenience.
