I have stayed at this hotel several times and each time I have been super impressed. The rooms are modern, clean and spacious (love the rooms with two king beds) and the front desk staff is amazing! They consistently provide excellent customer service. Upon arrival, I realized that I had forgotten to request an ADA accessible room. Pinky went out of her way to search for a room that would accommodate my mom as she recently underwent knee surgery. Then there was Tim…the front desk/bartending extraordinaire! Tim - thank you for the delicious margaritas and cosmos. My mom, sister and I truly appreciate your mixology skills! :) Until next time….

Nice and clean facility. Conveniently located near the freeway and some restaurants that are open late at night. Quiet area.

The parking fee is ridiculous. Your hotel room prices are already higher than other hotels and on top of that you hold your guests hostages with mandatory parking fee of $12 a day. That's shameful. I would NOT stay here again during my next visit. In addition, the staff is so BLAH. Not greetings. No smiles. Just direct talk and they hush you away. Great new facility. Terrible staff.
