"Great location and great service"

The hotel is so convenient, located opposite Nijo Station. The Moxy vibe and feel is really well done, from the lobby to the rooms. Friendly and helpful front office (Marriott Lake Biwa could learn from them) as well as comfortable rooms. For Gold Elite and above there's complimentary tea/coffee in the lobby plus we appreciated the pillow spray. Beds are comfortable, rooms are pretty sound proof. If you come with more than 2 large suitcases it may be tight (it is a Moxy) but we didn't have any issues and the shower pressure was good. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
