The room was genuinely spacious and spotlessly clean — not just “motel clean” but really clean. The kitchen was a great bonus, nicely kept and fully usable, which made our stay much more comfortable and convenient. There are chairs outside the rooms, so you can relax and enjoy the fresh air after a day on the road — a small touch that made a big difference. What really sets this place apart is the owner. Friendly, attentive, and clearly takes pride in the property — the kind of hospitality you just don’t find at the big chain motels anymore. We always felt safe and comfortable, which matters a lot when you’re traveling. One heads-up for families: there is no swimming pool on site, so if you have kids counting on a swim at the end of the day, plan accordingly. My grandsons were a little disappointed, but honestly the rest of the experience more than made up for it. Great location — easy off the highway, free parking right at your door, and close to everything in Moses Lake. We’d stay here again without hesitation and recommend it to anyone passing through the area.

The staff was very nice and it was clean and quiet which is important to me! and the room was a fine size and nice layout. Price was good. Convenient location.

The beds were hard as a rock and the pillows flat and the blankets to lite. The ac was freezing while on but if you turn it on fan it got very humid and sticky. There was only a bed side table on one side so only one person has a table.

It was quiet, the staff was great, location was good! How can you not stay at a classic like this! Great price, good location! Pet friendly, we loved it and so did our pup!

Nicely remodeled room with a comfortable bed. LOVED the wood floor (so much more sanitary than carpet) and the walk-in stall shower. Large desk with a chair and two additional chairs with a small table. This is a one-story motel so parking was super convenient just outside the door. Reasonable price compared with other area lodging.

The space around the sink was very limited (no vanity) so not much room to set toiletries. Despite this minor inconvenience, we enjoyed our one-night stay and recommend this property to other travelers.
