MYThe Hotel. The staff, & how they welcome us in the reception.
1. The breakfast. The food was good, but the variety was quite limited and did not meet my expectations for this kind of hotel. 2. it was difficult to find staff around the swimming pool area when assistance was needed.

The housekeeping staff are not well-trained. I asked for a small towel, also thro the reception staff. It was given only on the second day. We also do not have the face towel until the last day. after the room was cleaned, I found the 2 trash bins , both in the toilet not in its original location.
