You cannot open the window and being in AC room with no air coming from airside directly makes my sick after few days.

The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful

I stayed here 3 days after a one month stay in Kerala. In my room the carpet rug was dirty. The windows were dirty. There was constantly a cleaning trolley and activity outside in the corridor. The acoustics aren't great. The main restaurant was really disappointing. Breakfast was quite good however the staff weren't properly trained. They left dirty cutlery " to use on the next course " whilst taking the dirty plates. There was a guy walking around squatting flies with a zapper on and around the tables of guests while we ate. All the ala carte dining portions were for two people. Any snack food contained gluten so I couldn't eat it. One night I ordered a sweet corn soup which was like hospital food. The menu was really disappointing. There's two TVs constantly on in the dinings room. There was another restaurant there but they only serve Thali at lunch. When I decided I didn't want Thali the chef suggested I wouldn't like spicy food and there was western food. That was probably because I'm white but it couldn't be further from the truth. Not 5 star behaviour. The luggage trolley took 25 minutes to come and pick up my luggage when I left.I went down stairs to try and get it picked up after 2 phone calls and the guy with the trolley was wandering around with an empty trolley in a empty foyer.
