Our two-night stay at this hotel was disappointing. The staff lacked professionalism and seemed unresponsive to basic requests like asking for an extra blanket to which the staff said a big "no" without any attempt of accommodating. The reception team lacked the basic courtesy of making eye contact or extending greetings, making interactions cold and unwelcoming. Moving on to the room, cleanliness and maintenance was a significant issue. While the toilet seat appeared clean, the rest of the toilet bore had old stains. The tiles and shower curtains were grimy, needing a thorough deep clean. Moreover, the flush was constantly leaking, and the basin struggled to drain properly, resulting in an unpleasant accumulation of water. The carpeted floors in the room were filled with numerous stains, which contributed to an overall sense of uncleanliness. Despite the high cost, the service didn't match up. Additionally, a pre-ordered pizza was unavailable upon our arrival at the restaurant, adding to the unsatisfactory experience. Overall, the hotel requires renovations, and the staff could benefit from better training in customer service.

Breakfast was good and served in appropriate manner. I liked it.

The arrangement for Drivers room may be improved.

Room are dirty. Interiors are pathetic and not maintained.

Toilets Cleanliness in all respects. House Telephone not working. They basically don’t understand what service a hotel is supposed to give.
