Itsy Hotels Golden Vista

Excellent service the staff was very co-operative. Food was excellent. Value for money. Good place for business meetings as well ,Its customer friendly and customer driven Hotel.

I liked the property and the ambience around. The ambience is actually amazing. I love the breakfast option Fabulous experience, great amenities, amazing food experience, kind and attentive

The place was extremely poorly maintained. They didn't even have towels to give us. The ones that they gave were damp and had multiple holes in it. The windows open to the kitchen area which is not kept properly. There was a hair found in breakfast paratha. Had to go beg for a bottle of water 4 times at 10pm at night. The manager would just not stop looking at his phone. Overall a very bad experience, I suggest find better place to stay. The only good part about this place is that it is located next to a mall and the blue metro.

Hospitality & washroom very poor ....in the washroom no shower & parts are not working properly & damage..staff was rude...
