Hilton Jiaxing

Checking takes so long time !

Stayed only 1 night in Jiaxing Hilton - gym was well equipped and principally well maintained - rooms were nicely decorated and in principle clean - unfortunately, the ceiling / walls / door of the room were not at all sound proof - hence, very noisy environment from eg the floor above - not really perfect for business travelers

My wife and I had a great 4 nights relaxing and joyful stay at Jiaxing Hilton hotel. We were very happy with all the arrangement room and dinning specially at Happy Hour.  We were also impressed by the skills of the staff ~ personal touch of service and interaction. The experience at the hotel and discovery of Nanhu sights were beyond our expectations!   The many varieties of breakfast selections were amazing. It met our choices and we were satisfied. Please keep up the excellent work.   We want to express our thanks to many hotel staffs that we interact and serving us, Summer, Weiland, Scarlett, Coco and Amy, Alisa of lobby bar and Chinese Restaurant Joan, Rebecca, and Amy. While at breakfast we met Luka, the manager, who was quick to act to our needs. After knowing it’s my wife’s birthday, he specially arranged assorted fruit platters and Haagen-Dazs ice cream for our afternoon tea healthy enjoyment. Truly appreciated and once again thank you all. Keep up the good works. We will return soon.
