late night staff member who showed effort to help.

Aircondition in the room was so noisy, it was impossible to sleep. The young reception guy was not willing to do anything about it. His words where, i am not a technician…it was not his problem.

Marilyn checked me in and was so friendly! The next morning she helped me with a other reservation and I was very appreciative.

Bottled water would be nice in the room
