"Overall the hotel was great for our family of 5, would definitely recommend it and stay there again!"

The hotel was very modern, rooms & bathrooms were spacious and very clean. The housekeeping staff were able to do laundry in our unit which was really convenient.

They had a lobby cafe but no official restaurant on site, however the sister property located across the street had two restaurants. The pool service (food) took longer than it should have, drinks from the pool bar were delivered in a timely fashion.

"Exceptional stay at Sundet Caribe! Ask for Hener Mendoza!"

11/10 experience at Sunset Caribe! I was pleasantly surprised with the size and quality of the room, which was loft style and had a patio entrance that led directly to the pool, bar, and bay. The views from above the loft waking up were perfect! The service at the pool bar was especially great, with exceptional service from Hener Mendoza and other staff. Hener was very kind and hospitable to myself and my partner, offered incredible recommendations that lived up to his assessment, and made multiple reservation on our behalf. We will be back and specifically looking for Hener and the broader staff's service!

Super spacious. Nice location. Washer/dryer meant we went home with no dirty laundry.

No onsite restaurant onsite /stores for quick pick ups if you forgot anything.

"30th anniversary trip!"

We went to Sunset Caribe for our 30th anniversary and had a great experience. The facility was clean, close to most places we went to and the staff was always happy to help! The courier drivers for the resort were also very nice and helpful. We rented our golf cart from them as well which was perfect because it came with all the proper permits and gas and we didn't have to worry about anything. I would also like to give a huge shout out to the bartenders and wait staff at the resort, especially Hener! It made our day when we were able to see him working. He is always smiling and eager to make conversation with the guests. He made a point to always ask what we did each day and make suggestions of some of his favorite places which was always helpful! If you go make sure you ask for him! Till next time!
