Character on Stuart St

The location of the apartment was very close by to where we needed to go. The hosts were very accommodating to suit our needs which was amazing and they were flexible with our check out which made our stay much more helpful! Highly recommended this apartment!

I'm so glad we booked......A fabulous house for a group of family or friends, super comfy beds with electric blankets, comfy pillows and crisp linen. Thick luxurious warm carpets in all rooms and the heated bathroom floors are to die for. Lovely hot heaters in all bedrooms, bathroom heaters and heat pumps and double glazing too....so wonderfully warm and quiet on a windy, cold Dunedin night. The house is in a perfect location directly opposite the Cathedral and only a 2 minute walk to our venue at the Town Hall. There are some parking spaces on the street either outside or directly opposite so its easy to unload luggage etc which is super handy. Only a 2 minute walk to the Octagon itself where you'll find cafes, restaurants and bars to suit all tastes. Countdown supermarket is about a 8 minute walk away or the corner shop 2 mins away for those essentials, and the cafe next door to the house does great coffee Mon-Fri. What more can I say .... this is the house you should always book when in Dunedin. Next time we are singing in Dunedin we will 100% book again. All the very best. Location was perfect for our stay. Rooms were large and cozy. Just like staying in our own home.

No parking for vehicle.

Location amazing, super clean and finished to high standard.

Beds too soft

The location was excellent and the house itself was spacious and clean. The linen on the bed was lovely and felt luxurious. It was well laid out with plenty of room for us (a party of five).

The only negative comment from some members of our party was that it was lacking the following - a Nespresso machine, paper towels, tissues, liquid soap and body wash in the bathroom, cheese knives and platters.

The property was extremely well presented, in a great location for our group and very comfortable. The hosts were very helpful and enabled a late checkout so we didn’t have to rush on our final day. We highly recommend staying here.

A little bit of street noise for front lower bedroom, but that is to be expected staying so close to the Octagon.
