"solo descanse un día pero, sin problemas."

no desayune y buena ubicación. Veo que le dan mantenimiento al hotel, encontrando todo limpio y ordenado.

la cortina del baño es muy corta, motivo por el cual al bañarse de pasa agua al sanitario, lo que representa un riesgo al salir de sufrir una caída. Por otra parte, personas como yo de 68 años o más necesitan un apoyo en la regadera, algo como un tubo de apoyo. Gracias y ojalá tomen en cuenta lo que digo para bien de los huéspedes y la imagen del hotel.

Me gusta que son amables

No estaba tan limpio y solo nos dieron una toalla aunque la reservación fue para dos personas, además la almohada estaba algo incómoda y el colchón demasiado duro.

La puerta se atoro la llave, hable a recepcion y me dicen que asi la dejara, la llave puesta y por lo tanto mi puerta abierta...despues pude retirarla
