Hyatt House Allentown-Lehigh Valley

This hotel is gorgeous and enviting with a welcoming staff. The shower was amazing with the perfect water pressure. The restaurant food was delicious, and the complimentary breakfast was wonderful. We will definitely be staying in Hyatt hotels in the future.

There weren't enough pillows on the beds.

We received excellent customer service from every person we interacted with. Parking was good. I was greeted by name the second day of the trip when I went to the front desk. I arrived a little late to a weekday breakfast but was still accommodated. The bed were comfortable and the room was immaculate.

Very clean, comfortable, great gym.

The pool wad pretty cold , no jacuzzi. We took a suite for a family with kitchen. I brought some food to serve the kids and we had only 2 plates for 5 people. It took them 20 minutes to bring us 3 more plates

I was really happy to check in after a long day. The representative at the front desk upgraded me to a suite without me asking. The room was great and nice and big. Shower pressure was amazing. The tv swings between the bed and sitting area which was really practical. I ultimately made a reservation for a room two days later and hope to have the same experience.

Everything , amazing pool , amazing site , every worker was very polite and helpful like they want to work there .
